30A Final reflections

1.) Read through your posts from this semester. Recall all of the experiences you've had a long the way -- the highs, the lows -- the fun moments, and the moments of drudgery, and even the moments of dread.
This semester has been a roller coaster. I really enjoyed this class though and look forward to my journey as an entrepreneur out of college. I had a lot of highs, plenty of lows and some moderate days. Like life though it always keeps moving. The sun will rise again the next day.
2) What sticks out to you as the most formative experience? The experience that you'll remember years later? What was your most joyous experience? What experience are you most proud of yourself for accomplishing?
The experience I will remember most about this class is the lessons I’ve learned and how much I’ve grown as a person. My most joyous experience was being able tot network with my group of fellows entrepreneurs and learning about other great ideas that students have. I felt most accomplished because I never missed a cupcake all semester.
3) At the beginning of the semester, I mentioned that I wanted each of you to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Now, at the end, do you see yourself as an entrepreneur? Do you think you have moved closer to developing an entrepreneurial mindset?
I know I’ve developed an entrepreneurial mindset. I am definitely prepared to go out after graduation and make my own business. The world is my oyster and I am the pearl. My mindset is the most beneficial thing I have gained from this class and for that I will be forever grateful.
4) What is the one recommendation you would make to the students who are going to journey down this path in the future? What would you recommend they do to perform best in this course? What would you recommend they do to foster
My recommendation to any incoming people taking this class would be to stay positive throughout the process. Even when times get hard you have to remember that it is worth it in the end. To foster the mindset they should stay motivated and string.

29A – Venture Concept No. 2

1.    My concept has remained the same throughout this class. I still think there is an opportunity to help students who walk to class in the rain. Based on the feedback I still think that my idea is solid and I have changed very little. I have changed the way I could carry out the idea slightly. I think that in order to prevent stealing I would implement some way to stop the umbrellas from being stolen.
2.    Most of the feedback I got was how I would deal with people stealing the umbrellas. To combat this I would put a way to stop people from stealing the umbrellas into the idea. I really appreciated all of the feedback I got from everyone because it helped me to see the flaws I had in my idea. It is sometimes hard to see the flaws in your own ideas because you don’t want yourself to be wrong.
3.    I did not change the concept itself at all I just added onto it.
